NSW: Jail break accused will defend all charges
The man accused of a spectacular helicopter prison escape with his girlfriend will
defend all charges against him, a court was told today.
JOHN KILLICK, aged 58, faces thirteen charges over the alleged break-out from Sydney's
Silverwater Jail on March 25 last year.
His 42-year-old girlfriend, LUCY DUDKO, is accused of hijacking a helicopter and ordering
the pilot at gunpoint to land in the prison grounds to pick KILLICK up.
A Director of Public Prosecutions lawyer told Central Local Court that KILLICK had
indicated he would defend the charges.
The pair will face a committal hearing on July 17.
